1. The Service
CyFuel is a free Cyprus fuel price finder provided by LudeHQ, based in Larnaca, Cyprus. The Service lets you compare reported fuel prices and find nearby petrol stations without creating an account.
2. Price Information
Prices come from the official Cyprus Government Fuel Price Observatory. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date because of reporting delays, source errors, or technical issues.
Always verify the current price at the station before travelling or buying fuel. CyFuel provides information only. Its content is not purchase advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make using the Service.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use CyFuel only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service in a way that violates the law or the rights of others.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
- Attempt to access nonpublic systems or data without permission.
- Introduce malicious code or place an unreasonable load on the Service.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the Service.
4. Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of CyFuel at any time. We do not promise that the Service will always be available, free of errors, or compatible with every device or browser.
5. No Warranty
CyFuel is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LudeHQ makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or suitability of the Service or its data. Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty or right that cannot be limited under applicable law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LudeHQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of CyFuel. This includes loss caused by inaccurate or unavailable price data, decisions based on the Service, travel to a station, or interruption of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Larnaca, Cyprus have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights or rules that apply in your country of residence.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will show the latest revision. Your continued use of CyFuel after an update means that the revised Terms apply to your use of the Service.
